Welcome to Solvaira. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the spiritual development programs tailored for entrepreneurs, business owners, and directors available at solvairio.com. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Programs and Services

2.1 Description

We offer group workshops, one on one mentoring, and guided retreats designed to support personal growth in leadership roles.

2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests received later may not be accommodated.

2.3 Cancellation and No-Refund Policy for Certain Services

Cancellations for bespoke retreats confirmed with external venues and facilitators are final once the booking is in place. Due to nonrefundable commitments, no refund is available for these programs.

3. Information Products

3.1 Delivery

Digital guides and video materials are accessible immediately after purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of access activation. If you have viewed or downloaded more than 20 percent of the material, a refund is not available.

4. Goods

4.1 Shipping

Physical books and meditation tools are dispatched within five business days of order confirmation.

4.2 Replacement and Refund for Goods

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Unopened items returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund upon receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form with your name, program or product title, date of purchase, and reason. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit voucher valid for twelve months from issuance.

6. Amendments

We may modify these terms by posting updated content at solvairio.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
